Osterklang classic music festival |

| The Osterklang is another Viennese music event, which takes the period from March 31st to April 9th this year. The festival welcomes you with wonderful classic concerts by well-known stars that take place all around the city. One focus of the Osterklang is the majestic performance by the world-known Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, which will leave you full of good memories and emotions, while another traditional event for this Easter season is Wagner's Parsifal at the Vienna State Opera. The concert season will open with Brahms' A German Requiem, conducted by Philippe Jordan. Among the other festival’s important events are: opera Giulio Cesare in Egitto by Handel, which takes place April 3rd, The Mystery of the Cross (6 April) and the Easter Night Concert which welcomes you at Minoritenkirche church on April 7th. |
