Vienna Ice Dream 2007 |

| Till March 4th there is a special undertaking in Vienna organized for those who can’t imagine their life without skating. During this period the City Hall Square is turned into one of the Europe’s largest skating rinks to host the event called “Vienna Ice Dream 2007”. Thus, a 4,400 square-meter outdoor ice skating rink is be able to accommodate a great amount of enthusiasts of all ages, who can make their intricate loops, dance or simply skate to the accompaniment of disco hits of the 1980s and 1990s. For this, City Hall Square is opened from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Another point of interest is the 415-metre-long romantic skating trail leading through Rathauspark with elegant illumination and six other rinks. Don’t be afraid of getting completely exhausted as there are numerous stalls offering various refreshments, cocktails and snacks. If you don’t have ice skates, you can hire them. |
